This was an unsuccessful stay!!!! Positive: Location Negative: Mold and moisture present.Floors kitchen area not clean mildew in washer area in bedroom room not a suitable place to store washer and dryer!No towels or wash cloths had to purchase them.

You get what you paid for. Positive: Keurig cups, Brita water pitcher in the refrigerator, spacious, nice TV with a lot of choices, ice machine in the freezer, plenty of lighting and efficient heating. Entry into the apartment was easy with the code. Washer and dryer in the apartment. Negative: Building entry code did not work - had to call 2 times to get help. Concrete floors made the place seem bare, no tumbler type glasses, no hand soap for the bathroom sink. There was women's nightgown hanging in the bathroom from the previous tenant, no sheets other than the one over the mattress and no blanket other than the bedspread.
