Onyx Escape

Property was clean, location was absolutely perfect for access to downtown area, the view from the balcony was 10 outta 10! Recommend to anyone!

It didn’t seem like the unit was cleaned before we stayed. There were food leftovers in the fridge from the previous guests, less than half a roll of toilet paper, and the floors were dirty.

Spacious unit with easy check-in at a great price. Positive: The unit was spacious, quiet and uncluttered. The price was terrific. Self check-in was super easy. Loved the nighttime view of the capitol building. Negative: I discovered that there was no extra TP. Thankfully, I had tissue in my purse. I would have contacted mgmt but the discovery was made at midnight before checking out. Minimally appointed kitchen but we weren't planning to cook. The bed had a sheet directly on the mattress. Having a mattress pad would be more hygienic.

Perfect place to stay for an iowa cubs game

we just needed a place to sleep. Got in late and left early. Everyone slept good. A few of the pillows were pretty flat. Nice neighborhood where we felt safe.
