Overall the Place was very Nice. I don’t really have any complaints. The only issue was the Towel situation. But I enjoy my Stay and just like the Pictures. I would recommend this Place.

Iowa was awesome. We visited the state fair and went to Knoxville raceway and both were great fun! The people were super friendly everywhere. The room price was very reasonable. The parking situation was difficult because we were always coming in late so hard to find a spot. The room size and amenities were perfect for a short trip.

My husband and I were ready for a getaway and decided that Iowa State fair was it. We looked for a VRBO. This place was extremely reasonable very easy to get to and the accommodations were exactly as it was listed. We had a great time. It was a very good experience. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean studio in a convenient location. But don’t park in the apartment lot. I got towed within one hour! Had to wait until the next morning to get my car out of the tow lot and pay 200.
