Clean and restful but no staff present. No one answers the phone and there is no voicemail. Positive: Safe and clean. Quiet except occasional trains Negative: Occasional trains are very noisy. No staff present during my Thursday —Sunday stay. Property requested photo of a key fob but used booking.com “no reply” website. No answer at phone number provided nor is there voice mail. Disconnects after ringing many times. Wouldn’t stay again until staffing and communication improves.

We were not very pleased with our stay. This was our first VRBO experience, and unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. The bathroom cleanliness was disappointing. The shower curtain had significant orange staining along the bottom, and the shower tiles also appeared to have orange mildew.The bedding was very minimal, consisting of a sheet, a pillow, and a thin blanket, which was not very comfortable. In the main bedroom, the bed was pressed directly against a large vent, which made the setup feel awkward.We also noticed that our socks became dirty from walking on the floors, which made us question how thoroughly the unit had been cleaned. In addition, there was a nearby train that ran frequently, and we were woken up multiple times by the horn.Overall, we were disappointed with the cleanliness, comfort, and noise level of the property

The space was as pictured, it was clean & smelled fresh. No parking pass no fob no remote in the bedroom. Sofa was low and stained. Bed was not comfortable. The location was convenient. The people coming and going from the building were young and loud. Glad we had only booked one night.

It has potential it just needs to be DEEP CLEANED the correct way, new rugs for the bathroom, maybe shampoo and clean th Positive: In all honesty, this is a nice building overall. Negative: Limited parking, it says to park on the street but there’s not even any open street parks. Too packed and overwhelming. The bnb could’ve been a bit cleaner, the rugs in the bathroom look like they’re always there, never cleaned.. new rugs would do justice. The table still had sticky residue on it from the last visitors I’m assuming. Floor was not clean enough, couch looked a bit dingy wasn’t really comfortable sitting on it.
