Positive: Staff was able to help us get early check in. Room was comfortable and cute. The access to roof top patios and the gym was a nice perk.
Negative: The lack of amenities that we received at this location during the last 2 stays in 2024 and 2025. I was hoping to at least still have wash cloths and a blow dryer available. I was not prepared for the lack of these items. Previously those were included.

Total Rip Off
Positive: Absolute nothing
Negative: A/C out was 82 in the room and all the staff would do after 7 hrs of listening to them promise to get a/c fix was to deliver 2 fans one of which wasn’t working until I took it apart and repaired it.
