Great location and value. Could do without Train horns Positive: Location. 2nd Floor. Full kitchen. Negative: Close to train tracks so loud for that

We couldn’t even spend a whole night there. We had to leave and get a hotel room. We were very disappointed Negative: The AC as broke in the middle of summer heat and that wasn’t communicated to us before check in. Floors were very dirty!

This looked so good online! Sadly, it did not even come close to expectations.Would not recommend. Positive: I'm sorry, but there wasn't much to like about this property. Clearly managed by someone not on site and able to see the conditions. :( Negative: Unit was very dirty.Loud A/C units made convo difficult. Sheets on one bed not changed. No washcloths, hand towels or kitchen towels.Reported and didn't arrive until the next morning.Master shower head barely operational.Originally put in a unit that was even less ready for guests.Requested move which ended up not being much better.

Negative: Floors were dirty. Needs paint

Floors are dingy and haven't been mopped in ages. We saw 4 or 5 small cockroaches during our stay. Trains are very loud in the middle of the night. Parking can be tough at night. Beds are cheap and uncomfortable as well. Check-in was easy and the location is nice but would not stay again and would not recommend.
