Forestline Suite

Upon arrival the place smelled really bad and lingered throughout the stay. There was supposed to be a key fob in the apt for amenities and it was not there. After requesting it to be dropped off multiple times and being told it would be by the host they failed to do so. The worst part was the AC in the unit did not work. It was 100 degrees outside on the days we stayed and inside the unit it never dropped below 80. We were miserable every night we slept. Aside from the things that couldn’t be overlooked the place was nice and has potential.

Great customer service. And clean unit. Convenient location.

Positive: The access to the roof Negative: There's no carpet in the apartment at all. It didn't look like it was cleaned very well after the last person stayed. There were not enough towels. There were no hand towels.

Rugs are needed on the cement floor. Waste basket needed in bathroom. No top sheet on one of the beds.Good location. Close to shopping, restaurants and baseball stadium.

Showed up to soaking wet towels, but folded on the bed for some reason. Dryer did not work properly and towels were still wet three hours later. Was very late to reservation made a month before. Host offered to bring new towels "Tomorrow", even though we were only staying one night. Host stopped responding after problem persisted... Street parking was extremely limited, There is a massive construction project directly in front of the apartment complex.I would look elsewhere for accommodations.
