Poor to midlin experience
Positive: Spacious. Quiet, Bed was comfortable.
Negative: Construction around the apartment complex made parking nearly impossible and borderline dangerous. Bed was not fully made. I had to retrieve pillow cases and towels from the dryer.

This room comes with no parking! The parking they list is unavailable. Construction is happening all around, and parking is scarce. My daughter swam in a meet starting at 7:30 am When I woke that morning, my car was towed. I had no idea where to find it. When I called the number listed, they were not helpful at all and told me it was my fault. I finally noticed a "Crow Tow" sign with a number, and sure enough, they had my car. Several people in the area told me this was a scam. When I returned later, they were towing another car. 230 a pop, unless you pay cash; then 200! The next day, I had to park 4 blocks away on the street. The mattress was gross; I had to buy sheets as there was no top sheet. BEWARE!

Decent stay and great location
Positive: Location
Negative: The bathroom floors were dirty and only had two towels no washcloths and one hand towel, only had a bottom sheet on bed and no extra pillows or blankets. Pillows were very worn down. Easy to get into place and great location to walk to things. The tv did not work it had a remote but did not work with tv and no buttons on tv also was not fully stocked kitchen had maybe one spoon, fork and knife and one pan so good thing we didn’t bring any food back. Also the air conditioner was super loud all night.

Let's start with the positive points- very good response time when questions were asked. That's the only positive. Felt communication was not honest on description of the room. The bathroom was dirty. There's a dead bug on the wall, floor was filthy. There were two of us and we were given 2 towels which meant that we used the same towels both days. The positive is that we had extra wash cloths - useless. The television did not work. Whe. I notified the host they had a list of steps to try and get it to work. Didn't work but they did respond- useless.Parking was a nightmare. We had to park on the street.. If we parked in the lot we would be towed. Again, this was not disclosed.Friday the pest guy was there inside spraying for bugs. He entered room 135 which was next to our room. Not a good thing to see. Suitcases are currently outside since we got home. The only thing good about staying here was the short amount of time we were there. Terrible, terrible stay. We will never endorse or return to this location.Let's not forget the 4am train !!!
