Dirty place, don't stay here! Positive: It was fairly close to the Iowa State Fairgrounds. Negative: We were given a parking pass. There was NO empty spots to park, so we had to park on the street both nights. One of the bathrooms was filthy! Someone had made a mess in the toilet and it was not cleaned up before our arrival. The shower in the same bathroom was filthy and broken. The bathmats were dirty too. The white ceiling fans in all the rooms were covered in grime. All of the carpets needed vacuumed. The second bathroom was dirty around the edges of the room. It was just gross! And we were very disappointed with this place.

Had a great time, would come and stay again. Positive: Great location, close to downtown. Price was good for 4 people stay.

Positive: Price, location, large space, comfortable. Great communication about checking in and out info. The price was great too! Negative: It isn't a big deal, but the vents need to be cleaned, as well as ceiling fan blades. Also, the bathroom, off of the room with 2 beds has a shower that is constantly dripping. Only posting because I don't want the owner to have a huge water bill.

Large apartment with great hosts Positive: Fantastic value for large two bedroom apartment just off downtown with equiped kitchen and laundry. Easy parking. Host was extremely accommodating when we needed to extend our stay. Wasn't able to stay in that apartment, but had us in another without having to wait until normal check in time with no extra fee. Fast response to my requests. Easy to get to. Negative: Both rooms had leftover food from a previous guest in the large fridge, but otherwise the place was spotless. The pillows were a bit uncomfortable.

Positive: Nice view and kept clean
