Axis Suite

Great location! Nice big apartment! Just what we needed and worked great!

Positive: We really didn’t see any staff. But all was good!😊

Convenient location within good distance from all of our plans Positive: Good amount of space, responsive staff when I reached out, included dishwasher pods which were helpful, convenient location Negative: We planned to utilize the kitchen for the majority of our stay and found minimal cookware available. No measuring cups, no cooking utensils, we got creative and made it work with what we had. The beds were very uncomfortable and the couch provided minimal support but we weren’t in the apartment except to sleep and eat

Decent Positive: The balcony was a great addition, the modern feel of the place fans, showers. Negative: The couch, the neighbors below and across was pretty loud saturday night with music.

Property was not clean - dirty floors & countertops & sinks. I even sent pictures of the problems. They didn’t have enough linens or towels. I contacted the manager 3 times & was told they would send someone ASAP but no one ever came & addressed the issues! The location & size was good for our family bit everything else was terrible!! You shouldn’t have to clean a VRBO yourself when you arrive!! I have asked for monetary compensation for the poor condition of the apt. & very poor communication & service!!! I do not recommend this property!!!!
