Good location and great amenities. The train is very close by and loud. Parking is limited currently due to road construction.

Excellent location for east village & downtown Des Moines. Easily walkable. Some construction going on in neighborhood so parking may be an issue. Host responsive.

Only complaint is the train tracks nearby. Great condo for the price, would stay here again.

Need btr cleaners they obviously aren’t doing there jobs!!!! Negative: It was dirty I mean dirty bedding was yellow towels where just folded and put on bed wet maybe even dirty

Original communication from host threatened car towing and 150 dollar replacement fee for lost fob. Tone was not welcoming. Entered the building the first time because main door was propped open, but we could access the 2nd time because system not working. After messaging host for new code for backup lockbox and fob. With the help of gentleman who was also locked out, we got access to building after 15 minutes. Turns out the fob on kitchen counter would have given us access, but I thought this fob was for gym, roof etc. 2 am train was very, very loud and woke us up. 6 am train not quite as loud, but still woke us up. And because we were near main entrance, we heard coming and going a number of times… conversations, music, delivery drivers etc
